Abstract:
To solve such problems that a difference is generated in transparency between a display region where pixels are arrayed and a peripheral region where a distribution line is routed in a transparent display and there is no integral feeling as an entire display.SOLUTION: A display device includes an array substrate which has a display region where pixels are arrayed and a peripheral region on an outer side of the display region, a facing substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The display region includes data signal lines arrayed so as to be apart in a first direction and scan signal lines arrayed so as to be apart in a second direction. The peripheral region includes a first wiring pattern in which distribution lines connected to the scan signal lines are arrayed and a second wiring pattern to which a common potential is applied. The first wiring pattern includes a first straight line portion extending along the first direction, a second straight line portion extending along the second direction and a bent part connecting the first straight line portion and the second straight line portion. The bent part includes the first distribution lines having a step-like step shape. The second wiring pattern includes the second distribution lines having 2-fold symmetry (180 degrees rotation) to the first distribution lines.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
