PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and an electronic apparatus which can achieve high color reproducibility.SOLUTION: A display device comprises, in an insulating liquid 31, at least two kinds of electrophoretic particles 32 having a selective optical transmission property; and a porous layer 33 including a first layer and a second layer, wherein the first layer is formed of a fibrous structure, has a light transmitting property, and is disposed on a display surface S1 side, and the second layer has an optical reflection property different from that of the electrophoretic particles 32, and is disposed on a rear surface S2 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
