Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that absorbs external light and suppresses frontal visibility of a ghost image even when a display light-emitting part is spaced apart a distance of 5 mm or more from an optical functional layer.SOLUTION: The display device includes a display light-emitting part and an optical sheet disposed on an observer side of the display light-emitting part. The optical sheet includes a base layer and an optical functional layer. The optical functional layer includes: a light-transmitting part having a predetermined cross section, extending in one direction along a surface of the base layer, and arranged in a plurality of numbers at a predetermined interval in a direction different from the extension direction; and a light-absorbing part formed in the interval between adjoining light transmitting parts. The width of the light-transmitting part is greater in the display light-emitting part side and smaller in the observer side. The optical functional layer is spaced apart at a distance of 5 mm or more from the display light-emitting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
