PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing disconnection of wiring, and the like, of an upper layer.SOLUTION: A display device includes a semiconductor film disposed on a substrate, an ohmic contact layer disposed on the semiconductor film, and a conductive film disposed on the ohmic contact layer, and connected electrically with the semiconductor film via the ohmic contact layer. The end of the ohmic contact layer is arranged on the outside of the end of the conductive film, and at least a part of the end of the semiconductor film is arranged on the outside of the end of the ohmic contact layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
