Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a display method with which an image can be simply and quickly displayed in a correct direction to all users using the display device even when the number and positions of the users are changed.SOLUTION: A display device 1 includes a display unit 14 for displaying images, and the display unit 14 is installed to have a display screen horizontally arranged. The display device 1 includes: a position detection unit 16 that detects position information on an image on the display screen; a coordination information processing unit 17 that detects moving operation to move the image displayed on the display screen; a control unit 11 that determines whether or not the moved image has reached a predetermined position on the display screen on the basis of the position information on the image; and a display control unit 15 that changes a direction of display of the image when the moved image has reached the predetermined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
