Abstract:
PURPOSE: To immediately judge a printing range by the cashiers or time zones for transaction history by performing prescribed partitioned printing on journal paper when the information of a partitioning object is changed.
CONSTITUTION: A responsible person code A of a cashier under operating at present is registered on a RAM 14 of this electronic cash register and the RAM 14 is provided with the respective memory areas of a present responsible person code area 33 and a preceding responsible person code area 34 for storing a responsible person code B of the cashier operated last time. In this case, a partition information storage means is composed of the present responsible person code area 33 and the preceding responsible person code area 34. When the input of a sign key is detected, data A in the present responsible person code area 33 are collated with data B in the preceding responsible person code area 34. When both of data are not coincident, the present cashier is different from the preceding cashier and therefore, the partition line of a broken line is printed only onto the journal paper by a printer while controlling a printer controller.
