PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle capable of displaying a gear position and other vehicle information with high visibility while suppressing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A display device 10 for a vehicle includes a bar display par 20 for displaying vehicle information, and a control part 10 for making the bar display part 20 perform a first display operation for displaying vehicle information other than a gear position, and a second display operation for changing a display color of the bar display part 20 to display the current gear position.
