Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle which improves versatility of a control circuit substrate used in the display device for a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a display device for a vehicle 10, a display unit 30, a first control circuit substrate 40, a first control unit 41, a second control circuit substrate 50, and a second control unit 51 are housed in a case 20. The first control circuit substrate 40 includes a switch 42 which switches between presence and absence of supply of a power source to the second control circuit substrate 50. The switch 42 is switched to an ON state when a lid part 26 of the case 20 is in a closed state, and is switched to an OFF state when in an open state. The second control circuit substrate 50 includes an option unit connection unit 53 which can connect a rewriting device 70 for rewriting a program of the first control unit 41. The first control unit 41 executes communication with the second control unit 51 when the switch 42 is in the ON state, and executes communication with the rewriting device 70 when the switch 42 is in the OFF state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
