To provide a method of treating combinedly contaminated soil which suppresses the elution of alkaline components from alkaline soil together with suppressing the elution of harmful heavy metals and harmful elements contained in the soil by a safe, economical and simple operation, when a large amount of quick lime is mixed into the soil contaminated with volatile hydrocarbon base materials and harmful heavy metals for the purpose of removing the volatile hydrocarbon base materials.
When the quick lime of 8-20 wt.% to the soil contaminated by the volatile hydrocarbon base materials is charged to the soil to be treated, at least one of zeolite, cement and diatomaceous earth at a ratio of 2-20 wt.% to the soil is sprayed, and/or charged by mixing with the quick lime to a piece of land which is excavated and refilled up later.
