PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and treatment equipment for a crude oil-containing waste liquid which can effectively and surely separate and recover crude oi and water of the crude oil-containing waste liquid in a short period of time.SOLUTION: The treatment method for crude oil-containing waste liquid is provided that has: an addition step of adding a coagulant to crude oil-containing waste liquid; a heating step of heating the waste liquid at least one of before, during and after addition of the coagulant; a centrifugal separation step of separating the waste water to which the coagulant is added to an oil component, water and solid by centrifugation. It is preferred for the treatment method for crude oil-containing waste liquid that: an emulsion breaker is added to the waste liquid before performing centrifugal separation step in order to reduce a moisture content of a recovered oil; and a polyamine-based coagulant is used as the coagulant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
