Title:
廃リチウムイオン電池の処理方法及びその処理システム
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6474207
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method and a processing system of discarded lithium-ion batteries for recycle-processing the batteries by an extremely simple operation.SOLUTION: Provided is a processing method of discarded lithium-ion batteries for recovering useful metal by applying heat treatment to a battery pack 100 comprised of a plurality of battery modules, in which a plurality of lithium-ion battery cells are arrayed, the battery modules being accommodated in a box-shaped casing, without individually removing the battery cells. In the processing method of discarded lithium-ion batteries, after storing the battery pack 100 in a heat-resistant container 20 provided with an air outlet 23, the heat-resistant container 20 is charged into a heat treatment furnace 10 and heated at a temperature lower than a melting point of aluminum from the outside, and thereby the battery pack 100 in a heat-resistant container 20 is dry-distilled and a carbonized mixture is separated, and further an electrolytic solution inside the batteries is volatilized and exhausted from the air outlet 23 of the heat resistant container 20 to the inside of the heat treatment furnace 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
