Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a shape data setting method which can easily and accurately define and set the additional shape data or the die face shape data against the shape data on the products in consideration of the draft of a metallic mold.
CONSTITUTION: A die face shape is defined between products (S30), and the die face data are produced against the die face shape in consideration of the drawing direction of a metallic mold and the mating direction set between the products (S40). Then the die face data are synthesized with the shape data on the products (870). Thus the shape data including the die face can be obtained.
