Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draft chamber having wall jet flow.SOLUTION: An exhaust device 1 has a working chamber in a housing 60, where in the working chamber, a front side is bounded by a front slid window 30, a bottom direction is bounded by a bottom plate 34, and side directions are bounded by each of one side walls 36, the exhaust device 1 includes first hollow molded articles 10 and 10' on a front face at a front side of each of the side walls 36, the hollow molded articles each has first pressure chambers 10b and 10b', the chambers are fluidically coupled to first openings 10d and 10d', and air jet flow of wall jet flow 100 of compression air is discharged into the working chamber along a side wall 36 from the first opening. The exhaust device is fluidically connected to a compression air system 74 without air flow detachment of the wall jet flow 100 from the side walls 36 so that a size of the first opening and an air pressure dominant in the first pressure chamber are within a range of 25% of a depth of the working chamber from a front face of the working chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
