Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified pump administrative method capable of executing an inclination management without selecting the time maintenance in a check work plan while it is possible to grasp the damage and deterioration of parts by securing the same repeatability conditions for a centrifugal impeller, submerged bearings, etc., without pulling up the pump.SOLUTION: A drainage pump machine field 100 comprises: a suction sump 1; a body of revolution 31; a vertical shaft pump p for draining water in the suction sump 1; and a driving machine 24 for driving the body of revolution 31 of the vertical shaft pump p. A control device 30 executes a pump stop step stopping the vertical shaft pump p upon detecting a prescribed stop condition for stopping the vertical shaft pump p. A pump administrative device 70 measures the stop time until the rotation of the body of revolution 31 is stopped in the pump stop step so as to predict inspection/repair time based on the stop time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
