Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drying equipment and a printing system which can prevent yellowing of paper caused by heat and can cool a heating part.SOLUTION: Drying equipment 100 comprising a heating part 30 and multiple rollers 41, 44 conveying a recording medium 10 and cooling the heating part when heating action by the heating part is stopped or in a stand-by state comprises a roller move mechanism 49 holding at least one roller in the multiple rollers movably, and conveys the recording medium to at least one of a downstream direction of the conveying direction of the recording medium and an upstream direction of the conveying direction by the move of the roller move mechanism in the cooling time of the heating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
