PURPOSE: To clean the inside of a non-conductive resin tube by means of air blow and to perform stably electrostatic charge of a powder coating by dividing an electrostatically charging part consisting of a non-conductive resin tube between an inlet part of a coating and an outlet part of a coating into a plurality of parallel and straight non-conductive resin tubes.
CONSTITUTION: As air can pass through in a tube with a high speed by forming straightly a non-conductive resin tube 10 constituting an electrostatically charging part, it becomes possible to clean the inside of the tube 10 by air blowing. In addition, as a powder coating is brought into contact with a high speed with the inner face of the tube, the amt. of electrostatic charge of the powder coating becomes large. Furthermore, as the electrostatically charging part is divided into a plurality of non-conductive tubes 10 and the powder coating passes through separately each tube 10, charging of the powder coating is stabilized.
