Abstract:
To reduce the burden on an electronic component that carries a no-power regenerative braking function when the motor load increases in the absence of power supply to a motor.SOLUTION: A motor drive control device 1 according an embodiment includes an inter-phase short-circuit unit 40 that is connected to at least two of three-phase coils Lu, Lv, and Lw, and short-circuits at least one of three sets of the coils Lu, Lv, and Lw, two of which have different combination from each other in accordance with a short-circuit signal, a short circuit signal output unit 50 that is connected between the coil Lw and the inter-phase short-circuit unit 40 and outputs a short circuit signal to the inter-phase short-circuit unit 40 when a braking control signal is input, and a protective operation unit 60 that stops the short circuit by the inter-phase short-circuit unit 40 on the basis of the voltage state of the one of the three-phase coils Lu, Lv, and Lw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
