Abstract:
To provide a driver drill which enables selection of clutch operation torque higher than that of a high speed mode even in a low speed mode and can achieve excellent usability when a speed is shifted.SOLUTION: A vibrancy driver drill 1 includes: a controller 32 which stops rotation of a brushless motor 9 when torque applied to a spindle 26 reaches predetermined clutch operation torque; and a dial 65 which can instruct the controller 32 about setting of the clutch operation torque in a predetermined range from a small value to a large value. The controller 32 sets a relation between each value of the range from the small value to the large value and the clutch operation torque in a manner such that change of the clutch operation toque becomes the same between a low speed mode and a high speed mode in an area where the value is low and the clutch operation torque becomes higher in the low speed mode than in the high speed mode at an area other than the area where the value is low.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
