Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying method by saving energy for recycling for effectively utilize food waste, garbage and remnants discharged from small scale shops such as small- and medium-sized retail shops, convenient stores, fast food shops or restraints, and to provide a system to increase an energy efficiency by effectively utilizing waste heat of a cogeneration system. SOLUTION: This method is characterized in that the food waste suck as garbage, kitchen refuse, remnants is dried by utilizing the waste heat of the cogeneration system, that drying is performed in a vacuum condition and that the output of the electric power generation is less than 10 kW by the small-scale cogeneration system. The food waste disposal drying system comprises the cogeneration system of less than 10 kW, a hot water tank utilizing the waste heat and a conduction heat transfer vacuum dryer where the heat source is hot water in the hot water tank.
