Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air broom capable of improving removal performance for particles adhering to an inner wall surface of a drying chamber or a cooling chamber, and reliably removing particles accumulated inside "jingasa" (a soldier's cap) by automated cleaning.SOLUTION: An air broom (1) sprays air to particles adhering to an internal wall surface of a drying chamber or a cooling chamber, and removes them. An air jetting port is provided obliquely relative to the center line in the longitudinal direction of an arm (10). An annular recess with an arc-shaped cross section is provided inside a ceiling part of the jingasa (20). Furthermore, a flow channel for cleaning fluid is formed in a cylindrical wall part of a cleaning nozzle (30) inserted inside the jingasa (20), and a cleaning liquid jetting port communicated with the flow channel is provided at least on the upper end surface and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
