PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust cover which achieves two different characteristics.SOLUTION: A dust cover (50) covers an opening (47) formed in a housing (40) and through which a pinion shaft (204) penetrates. The duct cover (50) includes: a hole edge part (70) formed at an edge of a through hole (71) through which the pinion shaft (204) penetrates; and a body part (80) which has hardness different from that of the hole edge part (70) and covers the opening (47).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
