To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell with a capacitor capable of outputting, even when light is not received.
The dye-sensitized solar cell with capacitor is equipped with an intermediate substrate 11, a translucent substrate 12 facing the one side of the intermediate substrate, a catalyst electrode 21 installed in the intermediate substrate, a semiconductor electrode 22 having sensitized dye installed in the translucent substrate, a first electrolyte part 23 filled between the catalyst electrode and the semiconductor electrode, a capacitor substrate 13 facing the other side of the intermediate substrate, a first porous electrode 31 installed on the other side of the intermediate substrate, a second porous electrode 32 installed on one side facing the intermediate substrate of the capacitor substrate, and a second electrolyte part 33 filled in between the first porous electrode and the second porous electrode, and the catalyst electrode and the first porous electrode are connected electrically via a current regulating circuit.
