Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for tray dyeing of objects to be dyed and products produced thereby, the method is that secretion extracted from a lacuqer tree is processed into clear lacquer, secretion extracted from a Chinese wood-oil tree is machined into transparent tail oil, the clear lacquer and the tail oil are added into stone powder formed by crushing mineral matter with specific colors to mix so as to prepare mineral matter natural coloring matter, the coloring matter is dissolved in a dilution solvent extracted from a pine tree or a camphor tree to obtain the dye liquor where the objects to be dyed are of tray dyeing. The mineral natural coloring matter has the following effects: if cloth is dipped in the dilution dye liquor for a finite time, the clear lacquer and the tail oil as well as coloring matter pigment may be soaked into fibers of the objects to be dyed to absorb, the dyeing object has corrosion resistance, insect protection, bacteria repellancy and disinfection by means of the clear lacquer so as to protect the dyeing object to protect the human body; furthermore, the tail oil contain elastic coating film to protect the surface of the fiber, the color is sharp, the fiber surface has brightness, and the object will not be discolored and fade to improve durability and service life of the dyeing object.
