Abstract:
To provide an acoustic wave filter that can reduce destruction due to electrostatic discharge.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave filter 20 comprises: a piezoelectric substrate 1; an input terminal 2 and an output terminal 3; a ground pattern 8; and a plurality of resonators. A resonator 4A1 on the side of the input terminal 2 has an IDT electrode 5 including a first bus bar, a plurality of first electrode fingers, a second bus bar, and a plurality of second electrode fingers, and reflectors 6 arranged on both sides of the IDT electrode 5 and connected to the ground pattern 8. The IDT electrode 5 has a plurality of first dummy electrode fingers facing the plurality of second electrode fingers on the first bus bar, and a plurality of second dummy electrode fingers facing the plurality of first electrode fingers on the second bus bar. The reflectors 6 face a first dummy electrode and the second electrode finger located closest to the reflectors 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
