PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film which can be used as an electrode material and has good stability in the atmosphere.SOLUTION: A conductive film 1 is formed by co-depositing a first material comprising an organic substance and a second material comprising a metal. An electrode comprises a laminate of the conductive film 1 and a conductive layer 3 formed in contact with the conductive film 1. An organic electroluminescent element 10 has a light-emitting layer 6 between an anode 9 and a cathode 11, and the cathode 11 has the conductive film 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
