Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference of electric discharge between adjacent discharge electrodes thereby increasing a discharge current and enhancing a charge efficiency.SOLUTION: An electrical dust collector is equipped with: a ground electrode plate 42 provided with plural openings 57 for passing dust-containing air; plural discharge electrodes 44 which are located corresponding to respective openings 57; plural support substrates 43 which support a base end part of the discharge electrode 44 so that a tip 44a of the discharge electrode 44 and a peripheral edge part of the opening 57 maintain a prescribed interval; and a ground plate 45 which is so located between respective support substrates 43 as to face the support substrate 43. A plus or minus high voltage is applied to the discharge electrode 44, and the ground electrode plate 42 and the ground plate 45 are grounded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
