Abstract:
To provide a rotator 1 of a dynamo-electric motor, comprising: a rotational axis 2; a plurality of permanent magnets 3 that is arranged to a shaft direction, and is attached to an outer peripheral surface of the rotational axis 2 while having an interval of a peripheral direction; and a reinforcement pipe 4 that is formed by a heat hardening of a first prepreg sheet in which a first thermoset resin is impregnated into a first fiber base material, and that is extended to the shaft direction, capable of suppressing the scattering of all of the permanent magnets 3 even at a high-speed rotation from the rotational shaft 1 to the outer direction as a low-cost general product.SOLUTION: A second prepreg sheet in which a pair of magnet pressers 5 and 5 for fixing all of permanent magnets 3 with pressure in narrow is provided so as to be outer fitted to a rotational shaft 1, a second thermosetting resin is impregnated into a second fiber base material, and a linear expansion coefficient is zero or less, is wound around an outer peripheral surface of all of the permanent magnets 3 with the pair of magnet pressers 5 and 5. A first prepreg sheet is wound around the outer periphery of the second prepreg sheet. A reinforcement pipe 4 is adhered to the outer peripheral surface of all of the permanent magnets 3 by a heat hardening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
