Abstract:
To solve the problem that a pipe support for form timbering used in formwork of the construction industry is frequently used in a beam and a slab receiver, and is extended and contracted by turning a handle by hand, and accordingly the efficiency becomes extremely poor, and it requires high transfer cost even when an efficient support is developed.SOLUTION: Transfer cost can be reduced by using existing lower and upper column pipes as a main body of a pipe support, and changing a support nut and a support pin to a new support nut and a new support pin. A gear and a hexagonal head part are provided on the end of the new support pin, and when the hexagonal head part is turned by an electric wrench, the new support nut is turned through a rack formed on the whole periphery of the upper part of the new support nut interlocked with the gear, and the support can be instantly extended and contracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
