Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric reel for fishing capable of improving a heat dissipation property of a motor case while preventing contact between fingers or the like and the motor case.SOLUTION: An electric reel for fishing includes: a spool which is provided at a reel body 1, and around which a fishing line is wound; an electric motor M which is provided in the front part of the reel body 1 which rotationally drives the spool; a motor case 60 which accommodates the electric motor M; and cover members 30A, 30B, and 30C which are attached to the reel body 1 and arranged around the motor case 60. In the cover members 30B and 30C, openings 321, 322, and 34a are formed at least either at a site in front of the motor case 60 or at a site on a side of the motor case 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
