Abstract:
電縫溶接後の肉盛溶接等の追加の溶接処理を施さなくても、電縫溶接ままで、溶接部の破断特性に優れ、かつ、管内面の耐食性にも優れた電縫溶接ステンレスクラッド鋼管を提供する。本発明は、炭素鋼または低合金鋼の外層と、所定の成分組成を有するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼の内層とからなる電縫溶接ステンレスクラッド鋼管であって、JIS G 3445の規定に準拠した90°偏平試験における偏平値ｈ／Ｄが0.3未満を満足し、かつ、管内面がASTM A262-13、Practice Eに準拠した硫酸・硫酸銅腐食試験において割れの発生しないことを特徴とする。ここで、ｈ：偏平割れ高さ（ｍｍ）、Ｄ：管外径（ｍｍ）である。
