Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle control device and an electric vehicle system which are capable of performing discharge when detecting protection without having a discharge exclusive circuit and contributing to miniaturization of the device.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle control device 30 includes: a power conversion section 36; a power storage section 32; a voltage detection section 34; and a control section 100. The power conversion section 36 supplies power from an overhead wire P as power to drive an induction motor 24 for transmitting power to wheels W of an electric vehicle system 1. The power storage section 32 is provided on an input side of the power conversion section 36. The voltage detection section 34 detects voltage of the power storage section 32. The control section 100 controls the power conversion section 36 and transmits a first command signal for performing slip control of the induction motor 24 to the power conversion section 36 when voltage detected by the voltage detection section 34 exceeds a first threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
