Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with a connection terminal capable of reliably and stably preventing electric corrosion of a core wire and a connection terminal.SOLUTION: An electric wire with a connection terminal is an electric wire including an exposed region having a core wire exposed and a coated region following the exposed region and having the core wire coated with an insulation material with a connection terminal composed of a dissimilar metal from the exposed core wire attached thereto. The exposed core wire is inserted into an insertion hole of a seamless cylindrical metal contact with a bottom. The exposed core wire and the connection terminal are electrically connected via the contact. A flange facing the outside is provided at a peripheral border of the insertion hole of the contact, and an outer periphery of the flange is situated at the outside of an outer periphery of the insulation material of the electric wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
