Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive resin composition allowing a molded article thereof to have excellent surface properties, mechanical properties, and electrical conductivity, and having productivity improved by lowering a specific gravity of the composition.SOLUTION: The electroconductive resin composition is provided that includes: 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polymer resin; 1 to 5 pts.wt. of carbon nanotube (CNT) aggregate formed of a plurality of carbon nanotubes (CNT) having an average outer diameter of 8 to 50 nm and average inner diameter that is 40% or more of the average outer diameter; and 5 to 20 pts.wt. of carbon black, and a molded article thereof is also provided. It is preferable that the electroconductive resin composition includes the CNT having a Raman spectroscopy intensity ratio (I/I) of 1.0 or more, carbon purity of 95% or more, average bundle diameter of the CNT aggregate of 1 to 10 μm and length of 10 to 100 μm. It is further preferable that the electroconductive resin composition is formed of thermoplastic polymer resin containing 2 kinds of styrene-butadiene copolymer, one having an average particle diameter of 1 to 5 μ and the other having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 1 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
