Abstract:
To provide an electrolytic bath that can satisfactorily reduce a production cost for producing various devices which have different processing capacities and that can save space.SOLUTION: An electrolytic bath comprises: a pair of electrodes 3a and 3b; and a casing 2 that includes an inlet 22a for introducing an electrolyte aqueous solution into an electrolytic treatment space accommodating both electrodes 3a and 3b and an outlet 23a for discharging an electrolytic product from the electrolytic treatment space. The casing 2 has the inlet 22a opening to a convex portion 22 and the outlet 23a opening to a concave portion 23 that is arranged in the casing 2 so as to be fitted in by the convex portion 22 of another electrolytic bath 1 of the same type.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
