Abstract:
To facilitate cooling while preventing an increase in the size of a device even when a heat-generating component is provided on a circuit board.SOLUTION: An electronic control module 100 includes a motor control board 30 having a plurality of electronic components 31 mounted on its upper surface 30a, a bracket 40 that supports the motor control board 30 from the side of the lower surface 30e, a wiring pattern 32 provided on the motor control board 30 and transmitting heat generated by a heat-generating component 31a which is at least one electronic component 31 from among the plurality of electronic components 31 to the lower surface 30e side of the motor control board 30, and a metal member 41 that is provided on the bracket 40 and conducts heat transfer with the wiring pattern 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
