PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveyance device capable of performing accurately temperature control by heating to an electronic component, and to provide an electronic component inspection device.SOLUTION: An electronic component conveyance device includes a plurality of grip parts capable of gripping an electronic component, an attitude change part capable of changing the attitude of the grip part, and a heating part provided on the grip part, capable of heating the electronic component.
