Abstract:
To provide an electronic component device, in which a plurality of electronic components are electrically connected in series, and that can realize low profile.SOLUTION: An electronic component device 100 comprises: a plurality of electronic components 1 that respectively have external electrodes 3A and 3B having different polarity from each other, and that are arranged in a X-direction along a mounting surface 102; a metal terminal 41 that is connected to an external electrode 3A of the electronic component 1 which is positioned at one end in the X-direction; a metal terminal 42 that is connected to an external electrode 3B of the electronic component 1 which is positioned at the other end in the X-direction; and a connection member 44. The plurality of electronic components 1 are arranged such that the external electrode 3A and the external electrode 3B are arranged to be adjacent to each other in the X-direction, and the connection member 44 connects between the external electrode 3A and the external electrode 3B in a first direction such that the plurality of electronic components 1 are electrically connected in series between the metal terminal 41 and the metal terminal 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
