Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator, an acoustic generator, an acoustic generation device, and electronic equipment, capable of reducing noise caused by transmission of vibration of a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator comprises: a piezoelectric element 1 that has a laminate 13 obtained by laminating an internal electrode 11 and a piezoelectric body layer 12, and a surface electrode 14 provided on an upper surface of the laminate 13 and electrically connected with the internal electrode 11; and a flexible substrate 2 that has a connection part 21 electrically connected with the surface electrode 14 at its one end, and has a connector part 22 at the other end. The flexible substrate 2 has a penetration hole 23 in a region between the connection part 21 and the connector part 22, and a recessed part 231 extending in a thickness direction is provided on an inner wall of the penetration hole 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
