Abstract:
To provide an elevator hoist which can be miniaturized by reducing height, highly quiet during driving, inexpensively manufactured, and suitably used for baggage.SOLUTION: This traction rope-type elevator hoist comprises: a sheave 12 on which a main rope having a cage and a weight for lifting a motor and baggage suspended on both sides is wound; and a reduction gear that reduces rotation of the motor to a predetermined rotational speed and outputs the rotation to the sheave 12. The reduction gear 20 comprises an input shaft on which a first helical pinion identical to a motor driving shaft 15 or directly connected to the driving shaft 15 is coaxially arranged, an intermediate shaft on which a first helical gear engaged with the first helical pinion and a second helical pinion are coaxially arranged, and an output shaft on which a second helical gear engaged with the second helical pinion and the sheave 12 are coaxially arranged, the axial directions of these shafts being parallel to one another, and the intermediate shaft is set at a height position shifted upward or downward from the input and output shafts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
