To provide emulsion cosmetics that can be applied to the skin uniformly without unevenness during its application, give a smooth finish to the skin, offer high makeup coverage, and resist noticeable shininess over time.SOLUTION: Emulsion cosmetics contain following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) zinc oxide with a volume average particle size of 0.1-1 μm, (B) spherical silica, (C) nonionic surfactant, and (D) 0.3-10 mass% of fatty acid ester that is solid at 25°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
