Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed type kneader and a kneading method where the dispersibility of a compounding agent in a rubber component is excellent and effective kneading can be performed.SOLUTION: A closed type kneader kneading a rubber component and a compounding agent and including: a temperature measurement means measuring rubber composition temperature during kneading; a rotor rotation number control means comparing measured temperature with preset temperature and capable of controlling a rotor rotation number based on a comparison result; and a heat quantity calculation means calculating heat quantity added to a rubber composition by Arrhenius equation using the measured temperature and a kneading time, and a kneading method of the rubber component and the compounding agent using the closed type kneader are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
