Abstract:
To provide an envelope that can be easily and smoothly opened without using a cutting tool such as scissors or a cutter and does not damage the envelope body or contents when opened.SOLUTION: An envelope 10 of the invention includes: a bag-shaped envelope body 1; a flap 4 extending from an upper edge 3a of a surface member 3 of the envelope body 1 for sealing an opening 2 of the envelope body 1; and a strip-shaped cutoff piece 7 formed between a plurality of perforations 5, 6 by providing the flap 4 with the plurality of perforations 5, 6 along the longitudinal direction L of the flap 4. A part of the cutoff piece 7 has a bracketed portion 7a where the distance 7w between the plurality of perforations 5, 6 is the narrowest. An adhesive tape 8 with release paper is stuck along the longitudinal direction L of the flap 4 to the upper edge 4a of the back of the flap 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
