Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition high in impregnation property to a coil and capable of providing sufficient insulation reliability when impregnated to the coil and cured.SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition for coil impregnation contains (A) a liquid epoxy resin, (B) an acid anhydride curing agent, (C) a curing accelerator, (D) a silica powder having average particle diameter of 1 to 30 μm and (E) a glass fiber having average cut length of 20 to 80 μm as essential components. The (D) silica powder is 100 to 600 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the (A) liquid epoxy resin. The (E) glass fiber is 0.5 to 15 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the (D) silica powder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
