Title:
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR EQUIPMENT MONITORING AND PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2019126834
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for equipment monitoring adapted to correctly monitor in real time the state of a refractory configuring an inner peripheral surface of equipment in which a molten metal is present.SOLUTION: An apparatus for equipment monitoring 200 derives an around-a-furnace-core furnace-bottom outer wall surface-sided heat flux q(t) and a furnace-bottom outer wall surface temperature T(t) by solving a one-dimensional nonstationary heat-transmission inverse problem on the basis of temperatures measured by an around-a-furnace-core furnace exterior-sided thermometer 192 and an around-a-furnace-core furnace interior-sided thermometer 193, and derives a furnace-bottom heat transfer coefficient h(t) using them and an air-cooling temperature T(t). Then, the apparatus for equipment monitoring 200 solves the one-dimensional nonstationary heat-transmission inverse problem on the basis of the temperature measured by a furnace-core thermometer 191 and the furnace-bottom heat transfer coefficient h(t), and thereby derives a furnace-core furnace-bottom inner wall surface-sided heat flux qand an x-axis coordinate of a furnace-bottom refractory at a time that an interpolation/extrapolation temperature function T^ (x, t) becomes equal to a temperature of a molten iron 142 by solving the one-dimensional nonstationary heat-transmission inverse problem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
