Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a two-stage type refuse incinerating furnace, in which two sets of fluidized bed furnace or one set of fluidized bed furnace and one set of jet layer furnace are arranged up-and-down to facilitate the control of heat recovery and environment.

CONSTITUTION: The title furnace is constituted of a fluidized bed gasifying furnace 10, gasifying refuse thrown into the furnace and discharging unburnt matters, and a fluidized bed combustion furnace 12 connected to the upper part of the fluidized bed gasifying furnace 10 and burning gas generated in the fluidized bed gasifying furnace 10 to remove injurious substances and recover heat.
