Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a water bag having high strength and improved in water transmission resistance by constituting the first resin layer of the water bag of a specific chlorine base resin and a plasticizer and constituting the second resin layer of a thermoplastic elastomer and transferring a part of the plasticizer in the first resin layer to the second resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The first resin layer 11 of a water bag consisting of a cavity part 2 receiving a liquid and the sheet 1 covering the cavity part contains a chlorine type resin selected from a group consisting of a polyvinylidene chloride resin, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a mixture of them and a vinylidene chloride/ vinyl chloride copolymer and a plasticizer. Second resin layers 121,122 are composed of a thermoplastic elastomer and a part of the plasticizer in the first resin layer 11 is transferred to the second resin layers. In this case, the sheet 1 consisting of the first and second resin layers is heated in order to transfer and diffuse a part of the plasticizer in the first resin layer 11 to the second resin layers 121, 122. Therefore, the plasticizer in the first resin layer is reduced and high water transmission resistance is imparted to the first resin layer 11.
