Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for exciting molecules in the air, wherein gas phase water molecules in the air supplied to a combustion device are excited to efficiently turn them into nano-sized ones, thereby improving combustion efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, and decreasing exhaustion harmful components.SOLUTION: An excitation system (25) comprises a light generating device (26) that generates light that passes through the air supplied to a combustion device (1) to excite gas phase water molecules in the air, and a power storage device (27) that supplies power to the light generating device (26) to generate light in an invisible light region from the light generating device (26).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
