PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement collection tool, in which initial cost for mass-production is suppressed at a low level, a producing step is simplified so as to be carried out at a low production cost, with which both of collection by waiting acceptance of excrement prior to excretion and collection by collecting existing excrement after excretion may be carried out, which reduces uncomfortable feeling upon collection of excrement, and which has an excrement practicality.SOLUTION: There is provided an excrement collection tool, in which edges on an opening of two boxes having an opening on one side are jointed each other with a hinge in a manner they may be opened and closed, which may be used for any of collection by waiting acceptance of excrement prior to excretion and collection by collecting existing excrement after excretion, in which excrement is stored in an excrement storing part formed in a box shape by jointing two boxes in a manner one of them functions as a lid for the other one, and in which two boxes are fixed each other in a closed state. The excrement collection tool and an excrement collection method using it are characterized by low initial cost and low production cost for mass-production by virtue that it is made of at least one or more kinds of material selected from pulp mold, paper, corrugated cardboard, wood material and resin formed product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
