Title:
The exhaust of an engine with an exhaust turbosupercharging machine
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6194918
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more reliably supply a proper amount of evaporated fuel into an intake passage.SOLUTION: An exhaust system for an engine with a turbocharger includes a first exhaust passage 150 commonly connected to exhaust ports 110b, 120b of cylinders 31a, 31b of which exhaust ports 10 have partial overlap opening periods, second exhaust passages 130, 140 individually connected to exhaust ports 110a, 120a of the single cylinders 31a, 31b, and a collection part 54 provided between the downstream ends of the first exhaust passage 150 and the second exhaust passages 130, 140 and a turbine 50 to form a common space communicating with the first exhaust passage 150 and the second exhaust passages 130, 140 inside. Each of the second exhaust passages 130, 140 is shaped so that the flow path area at its downstream side portion is smaller toward the downstream side, and the first exhaust passage 150 is shaped as a whole in the upstream-downstream direction so that the flow path area is larger than the flow path area at the downstream end of each of the exhaust ports 110b, 120b connected to the first exhaust passage 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
