Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformation support device, a transformation support method, and a program, capable of setting priority of each farm work when transforming a know-how related to each farm work.SOLUTION: A transformation support device 100 comprises: a table acquisition unit 10 that acquires an influence level indicating the influence of a farm work on an achievement, a skill type required for the farm work, and a table in which a worker level required for the farm work is specified in a numeric value in each farm work for a specification agricultural commodity; an evaluation value calculation unit 20 that calculates an evaluation value on the basis of values of the influence level, the skill type and level by using the table in each farm work; and a priority setting unit 30 that sets a priority to each farm work on the basis of the calculated evaluation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
